If you wish to submit something to the site the following rules apply
1. File Formats
Items supplied must be in one of the following file formats. Any other formats, please check with webmaster before sending.
Documents - Word (.doc or .docx)
Adobe PDF (.pdf)
Pictures - .jpg or .gif
Sound - Wave Files (.wav), MP3 (.mp3), Windows Media (.wma or
.wmv)
Video - (please check before sending)
2. Content
Items supplied must be those of the provider and therefore copyright is held by that individual. If you are not the original owner please seek permission before sending.
Items supplied should be of an acceptable standard for inclusion, including spelling, grammar and quality. If in doubt please check before sending.
No guarantee of inclusion is made and items are subject to editing, reformatting and file type alterations.
3. How to Submit
We prefer to receive electronic copy rather than paper so please do this if possible.
